The North Face had the values on paper. But a stated commitment to inclusion means nothing without something people can use. The outdoor industry was behind on race, and awareness campaigns alone were not going to move it.

Care only lands when it does something real. We partnered with BeyondSport and Mór Diversity to turn The North Face's commitment into a learning experience that asked something of its audience, not just applauded them.
