For our client ALK, we were briefed to scope, design and build a new website for one of their key products Jext®, an adrenaline auto injector used to treat anaphylaxis. The website needed to highlight the plethora of healthcare professional (HCP) and patient resources available to anaphylactic patients, from Jext®, and give the brand a more modern and fresh feel.
21six designed and built three patient sections of the website, one for adults, one for teens and one for kids, and a section dedicated to HCPs. Each was tailored to its specific audience through its tone of voice, design and resources for example, ‘fun stuff’ for child patients and a ‘patient quick link email’ for HCPs. The website as a whole educates its audience about anaphylaxis and Jext® and promotes Jext®’s other supporting materials such as their patient app, video demonstrations and expiry alert service.
